We
believe that the property lends itself quite well to small
or medium-size business meetings, retreats and conferences
due to its privacy, intimacy, meeting facilities, comfortable
guest rooms and ample common space. Recent groups include
the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, the American Academy
of Actuaries, and State Street Global Advisors.
Meeting Facilities
Our main meeting room is approximately 24 feet by 26 feet.
At maximum capacity, seating for 68 persons is available.
Seating can be arranged in a variety of ways (e.g., theatre
style, banquet style, u-shaped conference style, box-shaped
conference style). The specific room set-up for your meeting
would be determined at some point prior to the meeting date.
A handicap-accessible bathroom is located on one end of the
meeting room. Two "break-out" rooms are located
adjacent to the meeting room. Additional rooms that can be
used for "break-outs" are available in other parts
of the Inn.
Water pitchers and glasses are typically provided on each
meeting table. If you desire, candy dishes can also be placed
on each meeting table at no additional cost.
Also,
pens/pencils and writing tablets and/or note pads can be provided
at each place setting if you desire. These would be provided
at cost.
A projection screen, a flip chart
and markers are available for your use.
Wireless internet access is available for free. A fax and computer printer are also available.
Plus, our 17 guest rooms, 2-bedroom, 2 bath Cottage and 2-bedroom,
1-bath Condo can easily accommodate your group's overnight
lodging needs.
